On March 13th we will be having a pre-registration at Sherwood Park Mall to purchase your 2010 licence and club membership. This will be held from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Also we will have some early bird draws to win a helmet, a free ABA licence, and your Edmonton provinvial race fee.
On April 24th we will have an open house and swap meet at the track from 10 to 2 PM. If the weather does not cooperate then there will be a re-scheduled day on May 1st.
April 26 & 28th will be our orientation night for new riders.
May 3rd is our first race night of 2010.
Edmonton Bmx is looking for volunteers for our provincial on June 26th and 27th.

We will be hosting the first out door provincial in the 2010 race season. We will be posting an more info soon.

| track changes 2009 |

I had a last minute change of mind to work on the track because it was actually really dry on Friday when I went over to check it. Myself Agooiee Mota and Jeff Scammell ran equipment from 8am to about 7pm and finnshed all the changes. We changed and widened the six pack straight. It now has a new 14 ft table then a 18 ft step up double and at then at the end there is strill a 17ft double. I also changed the first jump coming out of the second last corner to a longer camel jump and got rid of the roller. The step up coming out of mystery corner is now a wider 15ft table. We also made the back corner much wider as well as the step up double going into to that corner.
These changes will make for some great racing next year.

Well this was one of the best years ever for Edmonton BMX. We had good attendence for the later part of our season and that tells us 2010 will be even better. Thanks to everyone who helped out this year , we could not do it without our volunteers.
We will update everyone in a couple of weeks as to weather the Provincial series will be coming back to Edmonton.
